As a VP of Operations and Compliance Officer, her approach is focused on minimizing environmental impact and avoiding known pitfalls identified in large-scale operations in other regulated states. She is an invaluable resource to the medical marijuana industry, providing sustainable agriculture protocols and developing cultivation and manufacturing practices that produce truly medical-grade marijuana.

Former Finance Vice President of a billion-dollar financial institution. In charge to work with federal regulatory agencies and to prepare quarterly and annual reports. Personally compelled to enter and support the medical marijuana industry through her own battle with breast and liposarcoma cancer. Mrs. Soto has more than 10 years of experience working with medicinal plants.
Founder and the majority equity owner. Mr. Soto is a proud Puerto Rico native who has dedicated his professional career to Corporate, and Civil law, aiding companies to develop and maximize their resources and contribute to the economy in the island. His professional career includes 40+ years of private law practice and 25+ years as an undergraduate and Law School professor.

Our Commitment to Quality and Community
Our cultivation process begins in our state-of-the-art greenhouse, where we carefully vegetate up to 2,000 plants and flowers simultaneously. We grow up to 12 different strains of marijuana, each selected for its unique medicinal properties. From seedling to finished product, every stage of growth is meticulously monitored to ensure the highest quality.
Once harvested, our cannabis flowers are dried and processed in our production facility, where they are packaged into labeled, inventoried, vacuum-sealed bags ready for delivery.
Our focus on quality does not end in the greenhouse; it extends to every aspect of our operations, from the soil we use to the way we package our products.
